What if I don’t know exactly what AV equipment or Service that I need?

A Stylus specialist will ask you a few simple questions, like the size of your venue, how many people will attend, and what type of event and what you expect from the AV equipment and from that information we make equipment recommendations and provide you with a suitable AV package. Alternatively you could fill out our Enquiry Form in Full and give us upto a maximum of 72 Hrs. to reply via email.

Do you have engineers and technicians that can setup and operate the Audio Visual equipment?

Yes of course! Stylus does not dry hire Audio Visual equipment at this time. All our AV equipment is deployed and operated by our own team of engineers and technicians as a package which will also include transport for our equipment and manpower.

What if I need to rent a particular piece of audio or video equipment that isn’t listed on your website?

The list of equipment on our site is only a brief list of equipment that we have in inventory. Get in touch with us and we will most certainly have a solution to your Audio Visual needs.

What is the minimum charge for Services provided by Acoustic Controls AV Rental team?

Our AV Rental packages begin at Rs 10,000/- +tax per day

What rate of tax is applicable on your Audio Visual rental services?

GST At a rate of 18% is applicable on our AV Rental Bills. (This is subject to change and you will be charged at actuals at the prevalent rate at the time of billing)

What payment forms do you accept?

We accept Bank Transfers, Cheque and Demand Drafts (DD). All payments are to be made in the name of Stylus Sound and Lighting Professionals. We currently do not accept payment vide credit cards or debit cards.

How long in advance should I confirm my reservation of your Audio Visual Rental Services?

Depending on the time of year, some months fill up very quickly. To guarantee your date, reservations should be made as soon as a venue and date are selected. We generally receive bookings many months in advance.

Do you offer discounts for multiple / frequent AV rentals?

Yes, we do! Get in touch with us with your event details and we will work out a special deal.
